Deep Ripper "HERCULES"

Deep Ripper "HERCULES"

Deep Ripper is a universal tillage unit that includes two functions of soil tillage.

The deep loosening function is intended for tilting the soils of different mechanical composition to a depth of 60 cm without or before ploughing (loosening), in order to improve the soil structure and its ability to retain moisture.

The function of cultivation is a loosening and partial mixing of the soil, as well as the full weed destruction and the field surface leveling.

  • The profile tube frame in the form of a triangle with two equal sides allows you to redistribute the effort and reduce the load on the tractor while working
  • The front limiting wheels are easily adjustable and maintain specified tillage depth, as well as the horizontal position of the unit in relation to the field surface
  • Powerful front shanks in height 65 cm lead the soil tillage to a depth of 60 cm
  • The front shanks are equipped with chisel tips, which provide a deep cutting of soil for penetration and accumulation of moisture below the level of the under plough ground bed
  • The second row of hoes of the heavy stubble cultivator is intended for soil loosening at a depth from 5 to 27 cm and shredding of the soil upper layer
